Add entire contents to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Meditate, chant, read, listen to music—any soothing activity will do. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and… feel rejuvenated.
I had wondered about detox baths for awhile but now I know they work. I had uncontrollable sweating and post nasal drip from an infected tooth. Just 1 soak helped me feel so much better. I’m no longer dripping in sweat.
